ZERO DOWN PAYMENT HOMES
Most ZERO DOWN programs have disappeared, but there are plenty of properties available in the area that qualify for one of the remaining programs. Pick any area outside the 465 loop and you can find homes you can buy today with no down payment.
The search is a little more involved for us, but we do it every day. We can help you find your next home too! You will still need to qualify for a loan and have a minimal deposit of $500 to $1,000 to make an offer on a home, but that's about it!
There are also HUD foreclosed properties all over the area that qualify for the $100 Down Payment Program. So don't think there are no options for you if you don't have a big down payment!
